STAX. cannot be held responsible for the service, delays or delivery by the postal service.
If your order is returned to sender, a shipping cost of $10 will be required to re-ship.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
STAX. are unable to modify or cancel processed orders, this applies to both in stock or pre-sale items.
We are sure you will love your STAX. as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a store credit (excluding shipping) with no expiry date.
Please keep in mind, in order for us to accept your return, the below requirements must be met:
- The item is unworn, in brand new condition with original packaging.
- The item is returned to us within 28 days of delivery date.
- The item was not purchased in a sale.

- Sale items and free gifts are not eligible for return.
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
