We are sure you will love your STAX. as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with the item, we will happily provide you with a store credit to repurchase or use as you please.
Products must be returned in their brand-new, unworn condition, with tags and original packaging, within 14 days of receipt to enable store credit.
To start the process, simply download the ‘returns form’ below and include it in the returns parcel with your unworn product and send back to;

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Our team will make contact as soon as we receive your returns and issue you your store credit/ gift card.
Your store credit will be sent in the form of a gift card via email and can be claimed by entering the gift card number, in the ‘gift card’ bar at the payment screen of your checkout.
HOW DO I CHANGE AN ALREADY PLACED ORDER?
Our turn around here is quick, and we ship orders daily so please don’t delay in contacting us if you have made an incorrect selection.
