Returns Policy

We are sure you will love your STAX. as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a store credit to use as you please.

Please note: we offer store credit only

Please keep in mind, in order for us to accept your return, the below requirements must be met;

  • The item is in unworn, brand new condition with original packaging 
  • The item is in unworn, brand new condition with no marks or stains (including makeup, spray tan etc)
  • The item is returned (and received) to us within 28 days of delivery date
  • The item was not purchased in a sale

A STAX. store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card with no expiry.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Once your return is received, please allow 3-5 business days processing time for your store credit to be emailed.
  • Sale items are not eligible for returns
  • We cannot offer direct exchanges
  • All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.  If items have been assessed by staff and confirmed faulty upon return, STAX. will issue a refund for the cost of return shipping, provided a receipt can be supplied by the customer. 

FAULTY ITEMS:

We carefully pack and ship all orders from our Sydney warehouse, however in the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty, we will happily provide you with a full refund provided the following is met;

  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery, with a description of the fault and pictures as proof via email to helpme@stax.com.au
  • Your claim has been reviewed and approved by our team

Please note: Once your refund has been approved by our staff a notification will be sent to you (it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account).

AFTERPAY RETURNS:

If you have purchased through AfterPay, the returns process is the same as above. Please note, your AfterPay agreement will still stand and any scheduled repayments will continue.

RETURNS:

To start the process, simply download the returns form here  and include it in the returns parcel with your product (as described above) and send back to;

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:

If you are looking to change or cancel an order, please contact helpme@stax.com.au ASAP. If the order is caught in time we can assist with store credit.

Please note, we cannot offer refunds on cancellations.

Please note, we cannot add or change discount codes on already placed orders.
