We ship from our warehouse Monday - Friday, excluding NSW public holidays. Due to the high volume of orders during product launches and sales (including Shock Sale & Black Friday), processing and shipping times may be delayed. Rest assured, our dedicated team are working to get your order dispatched at the earliest convenience.

We offer a premium Priority Dispatch shipping option at checkout. If selected we'll fast-track your order to the front of the line in our warehouse, with a guaranteed dispatched time of 1 business day. Please note, during peak periods Priority Dispatch may experience slight delays.

We offer Same Day Delivery to all Sydney Metro customers (eligible postcodes). Please note this service is exclusive to residential addresses and cannot be delivered to business addresses, PO boxes or parcel lockers. Order before 1pm for delivery 6-9pm the same day. Orders made after 1pm will be delivered the following business day. In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the courier will automatically reschedule an attempt to redeliver the following business day. Two unsuccessful delivery attempts will result in your parcel being returned to our warehouse. In the event of an RTS, our returns team will contact you.

Orders outside of Australia are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, allowing customers to pay for additional duties & taxes at checkout. DDP is calculated using delivery location and the value of the order. DDP is added to the cost of your order at checkout, however STAX. has no control over any additional duties & taxes upon import. Please note, STAX. cannot cover the cost of duties & taxes. For more information please contact your local customs office.

• STAX. will provide you with a tracking number via email once your order is shipped (this can take up to 24 hours to update).
• Shipping timeframes do not include processing & dispatch times. Dispatch times are typically 1-3 business days, however this can fluctuate during launch or promotional periods.
• STAX. cannot be held responsible for the service by our courier partners, including any delays or damage to your package.
• STAX. are unable to modify processed orders, this applies to both in stock or pre-sale items.
• If your order is returned to sender, a shipping cost of $10 will be required to re-ship.
