Terms and Conditions for the STAX. x Shark CryoGlow LED Face Mask Giveaway
1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand who are 18 years of age
or older. Employees of STAX. and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway starts on 5th May 2026 and ends on 19th May 2026 at 3:00 PM AEST.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the entry form available on Meta (Instagram or
Facebook) ad's by providing their details. No purchase is necessary to enter.
4. Prize
The prize consists of one Shark CryoGlow LED Face Mask (Now available to purchase
via Amazon in Australia). The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be
offered. The winner will be contacted via email, and the prize will be shipped to them.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be drawn randomly on Tuesday, 19th May 2026, at 3:00 PM AEST. The
winner will be notified via the email provided in their entry form. If the winner does not
respond within one week (7 days) of being contacted, the prize will be re-drawn, and a
new winner will be contacted via email.
6. Announcement of Winner
By 26th May 2026, the initials of the winner will be posted here -

7. Personal Data Usage
By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the collection and use of their
personal data for marketing communications from STAX. Participants may opt out of
marketing communications at any time.
8. General Conditions
STAX reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these Terms and

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and New Zealand.
