We are sure you will love your STAX. as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 28 days to reach out and we will happily provide you with an EXCHANGE, REFUND or 120% STORE CREDIT (excluding shipping & processing fees).
- We also offer direct exchanges, subject to stock availability.
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. (Shock Sale, Black Friday etc.)
- Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of Face Masks, G-Strings and Body Suits.
- We aim to process all returns within 10 business days of receiving your items. You will be contacted via email with the details of your processed return. Please note, this time period may vary slightly in busy periods.
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to initiating a return if you believe the product is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.

All accepted returned items will receive a REFUND OR 120% STORE CREDIT.
- The extra 20% is up to STAX.'s discretion and is subject to change at any time.
- A fee of $8.95 will be deducted from your store credit, refund or exchange to cover shipping and handling fees.
- Direct exchanges are able to be facilitated online, if the items are in stock.
- All international customers are required to cover their return postage.
- Duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns.
- We do not currently offer international exchanges.

If you have purchased through AfterPay/ZipPay, the returns process is the same as the above. If a store credit is issued, your AfterPay payment plan will continue. If a refund is issued, any future payments will cease and any payments made will be refunded to your account.
- Purchases made in store are eligible for return either in store or online through our portal.
- All in store returns will receive a STORE CREDIT.
- Direct exchanges are able to be facilitated in store, if the items are in stock.
- Online purchases are able to be returned or exchanged in store, if the items are in stock.
- Refunds are not available in store.
