Side boob no exchange offered

I really wanted to love this bra! I bought it in black as well. I had so much side boob in this. The sizing didn’t account for boob size - only waist. I wanted to return them and as I purchased on Black Friday sales was told to “sell them on a buy and sell” . Most online companies stand behind their brand especially growing their business on social media. A store credit at the very least would have been fair. The items are still full priced and part of their current line. This is really disappointing.

The crop is made from such a beautiful material and works great with the 7/8 leggings to match! however you need to make sure you choose the right size as it gives little support for bigger busts, but love it overall and so affordable! 💓

I will admit I made a mistake when first ordering accidentally did the tank instead of classic crop so the tank got refunded and they charged me for the crop fixed my mistake up. Received my leggings however no crops no tops so got in contact again telling them I’m missing 2 classic crops one khaki and one the charcoal have since received khaki However it’s strappy us natural bust girls need support so didn’t get given what I paid for, so 2 weeks since purchase still am waiting for charcoal they claim they sent it but haven’t received the order. I want to love stax the quality is amazing but twice they have mucked my order up

RETURNS

- The item is returned to us within 28 days of delivery date.
- The item was not purchased in a sale.
