The STAX. Inspired Recipes That We Made Through The Core Challenge

In February 2023, the STAX. community came together to participate in an extraordinary event: The CORE Challenge. This initiative was created to celebrate the launch of the CORE collection, the evolution of our most-loved Best Black series.
As part of the challenge, we partnered with experts in various fields to offer a holistic 28-day online experience encompassing the mind, body, and nutrition. One of our incredible partners for nutrition was Equalution, a female founded company dedicated to helping people transform their bodies and mindsets for a healthier, happier lifestyle.
Equalution put together weekly recipe ebooks for the challenge, including 4 custom recipes inspired by the favourite foods of STAX. Co-Owners, Don and Matilda. These recipes are not only delicious but also healthy and balanced, providing a perfect meal for those looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Tiramisu Overnight Oats
Tiramisu overnight oats was inspired by Don and Til's love for finishing off the perfect meal with the perfect dessert - Tiramisu. This dish is perfect for those who love breakfast but are always in a hurry. It can be easily prepared the night before, allowing you to have a delicious and nutritious breakfast ready to go in the morning.
The STAX. Burger
The STAX. Burger, was inspired by the couple's Friday night Grill’d burgers ritual. This burger was created to be a ‘cleaner’ version of the classic Grill’d Waygu Wunder burger.
Bill's Hotcakes
Bills Hotcakes, was inspired by Don and Til's weekend morning tradition of going out for breakfast at Bills in Double Bay and catching up with friends. These hotcakes are a homemade version of the classic, made with whole wheat flour, light ricotta and topped with fresh fruit and a honeycomb butter
Zeus Inspired Pita
Finally, the Zeus inspired Pita is a go-to weeknight dinner treat for Don and Til This dish is a healthy and flavourful take on the Zeus Hermes Pita, made with chicken breast, fresh vegetables, and 'skinny' capsicum dip.
Although the first Core Challenge is over, we wanted to share the incredible Equalution recipes for our community and readers to try out. These recipes are a great way to maintain a healthy lifestyle while still enjoying delicious and flavourful meals inspired by the favourite foods of Don and Til.
