CHANGING AN ALREADY PLACED ORDER;
Our turn around here is quick and we ship orders daily so please don’t delay in contacting us if you have made an incorrect selection. We can’t guarantee we will catch the order in time to fix it for you, but we will do our best. Please note – the best point of contact is via the @staxlivin Instagram account, or email; email@example.com (we may take longer to get to the message if you contact our personal accounts).
As mentioned, we will do our best to stop the order but we can’t guarantee success and you may have to utilise our exchange policy;
We are sure you will love our product as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with the size or the style, we will happily exchange the product for you (minus shipping). Simply complete the ‘returns form’, found in your delivery and include it in the parcel, with your product and send back to;

Firstly our apologies that your product didn’t arrive in perfect condition, but don’t fear – this is easily fixed. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your name, your order number and photos of the faulty product within 7 days of receiving your order and we will rectify the problem.
Please note; our products are subject to wear and tear over time and the ‘care guide’ included in deliveries should be followed.
