Once upon a time, a young, handsome, Italian……if only….

Paul Serafin, owner and franchisor realised there was a need for a restaurant that combines freshly made to order, high quality hoagies and sandwiches with barista coffee in a setting where customers can dine and socialise with friends.

And so STAX was born.

In 2004, STAX in Flinders Street was opened and in 2010, due to its popularity, another STAX was opened on the south side of King William St.

The King William restaurant launched the new STAX brand and the new specialty hoagie and wrap menu.
